Announcing the Launching of…. ABT in Action

Engage—Inspire—Empower!

Imagine what would be possible if you focused most of your attention:

On what’s working instead of what is not working

On your strong suits rather than “weaknesses”

On possibilities more than problems

On what can be done instead of what can’t

Imagine if your students looked at their learning through a lens of:

Challenges rather than issues

Opportunities rather than problems

How much they do know or CAN learn rather than what they don’t

Their strengths more than their deficits

On their ability to DO something instead of just try

Think of the impact on staff, students, parents, and the community when ABT is the mindset! It is being a part of a growth mindset instead of a “fixed” mindset in life and learning.

Note: Research (in positive psychology domains such as Learned Optimism, Appreciative Inquiry and Asset-Based Thinking) shows that people who tune into ABT most of the day are more attractive, satisfied and get more done than people who tune into DBT more often.
